Julie is the Managing Partner and one of the Principals of LYNOUS Talent Management for real estate. Over the last 20 years, she has developed a distinguished reputation as an adjunct professor, real estate professional, trainer, and talent mangement expert. Her unique diverse career experience in commercial real estate, strong academic background, forward thinking approach to course development and recruiting has resulted superior growth outcomes for her clients. In the past three years she has had many successes presenting at international, national and local real estate industry association conferences and delivering tremendous value to the association’s members on talent management issues.

During her career she has held senior positions: CEO, Executive Vice President, Managing Director, Vice President of Acquisition, Development, Construction and Short‐Term Lending, Executive Management Team for a real estate investment firm, and Regional Sales Manager for a real estate technology firm which have resulted in national exposure to various property types, due diligence, valuation, underwriting and real estate business operations. Julie has worked for well known major national companies such as Bank of America (formerly NationsBank), Carr America (formerly know as Oliver T. Carr Company), Prudential Real Estate Investment Group, Spaulding & Slye, REALM and IBM.

She holds a real estate Broker license for the state of Texas and has completed all the appraisal institute MAI courses. Julie is formerly educated in real estate and holds a Masters of Science in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University. She obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland.

Over the last fourteen years Ms. Lynch, as an Adjunct Professor, has developed several undergraduate courses, MBA and executive education workshops specifically for the commercial real estate industry and leadership development. She has taught for some of the top universities in the country to include: Johns Hopkins, Southern Methodist, and Clemson Universities. Her course evaluations from the students are consistently strong with comments on her effective approach in the classroom and the material presented. Thousands of students have benefited from her years of industry and academic experience. Julie truly has a passion for the industry and seeing her students excel.
